QH (ubiquinol) is the reduced form of coenzyme Q10 produced by our cells (an active antioxidant) that has been tested for over a decade by scientists and researchers. QH is absorbed significantly better than ubiquinone, meaning that optimal Co-Q10 levels can be restored quickly and effectively, especially in those over 40 or affected by certain age-related conditions. The body's ability to produce Co-Q10 declines with age, as does the ability to convert it to ubiquinol. Ubiquinol levels have been shown to be suppressed in older individuals and those with cardiovascular, neurological, liver and diabetes-related conditions.
