Holland & Barrett Glucosamine Gel is a unique massage gel containing glucosamine and fermented extract of chili peppers (Capiscum frutescens). Glucosamine is an important component of articular cartilage and a major structural component of joints, indispensable in the synthesis of several important macromolecules such as glycoproteins, glycolipids and glucosamine glucans.

Instructions for use:
Apply a thin layer of gel to the skin of the affected area and gently rub until absorbed, this can be repeated up to six times a day. For additional benefits and a cooling effect, keep the gel in the refrigerator and apply after a warm bath.
