Natures Aid Mini Drops Iron is a balanced liquid formula for children up to 5 years of age. It provides 10mg of iron per daily dose, along with vitamin C, vitamin B12 and folic acid. Folic acid and Vitamin B12 contribute to the normal formation of red blood cells and reduce fatigue. Vitamin C supports the healthy absorption of iron. The four ingredients work synergistically to improve their absorption by the body. Newborn babies are born with enough iron, but some children begin to suffer from a lack of it between 7-12 months of age. After the sixth month, babies should get iron through a varied and healthy diet.
Which children are at risk of developing iron deficiency anemia?
✔Breastfed babies are at risk of low iron levels. Formula milks sold on the market are fortified with iron, which is why breastfed babies are more likely to develop iron deficiency anemia.
✔In early childhood (1-3 years), iron deficiency anemia develops with an poorly balanced diet. This happens if the child consumes more than 700 ml of cow's milk per day and at the same time does not consume formula milk or enough iron-containing foods such as red meat, egg yolk, leafy vegetables.

Instructions for use:
For children aged 3 months to 6 months, 0.5ml daily, added to food or drink of choice. For children aged 7 months to 5 years, 1ml daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use as a substitute for a healthy diet.
