What is RAVA and how does it work:
Para-aminobenzoic acid, or PABA for short, is also called vitamin B 10 , but it is only a vitamin-like substance. PABA is mainly involved in protein metabolism, like the other B vitamins, and in addition helps in the formation of red blood cells. PABA helps the body better absorb folic acid, which in turn is extremely important, as it participates in metabolic processes and in the absorption of other B vitamins; protects the body from the development of various types of anemia; reduces the level of stress hormones; provides more energy for the body and helps it to fight fatigue more easily.
