Garcinia Cambogia
Garcinia cambogia is a tropical plant native to India and Southeast Asia. The rind of the fruit contains hydroxycitric acid (HCA). This chemical is responsible for Garcinia's weight loss benefits, as well as:
- Normalizing blood glucose levels by suppressing the feeling of hunger;
- Blocking the process of fat synthesis;
- Supporting better absorption of carbohydrates;
- Reducing blood cholesterol levels;
L -carnitine
It is a substance that helps our body convert fat into energy. The body produces it in the liver and kidneys. Carnitine helps reduce fat tissue, as well as symptoms of fatigue.
The chrome
Chromium is an important trace element for our body, which cannot be synthesized by the human body and must be obtained from external sources. Its main role is to influence glucose levels by lowering them. Its intake is also associated with weight loss and fat burning. It suppresses our desire for sweet foods.
Citric acid
Citric acid is found in almost all foods and has a wide range of beneficial properties. It helps remove toxins from the body, has a beneficial effect on digestion, boosts immunity, and burns carbohydrates.
