60 capsules
Regulates proper blood clotting and the optimal condition of the bone system
Vitamin K is a natural complex that combines three of the easiest to digest and successfully absorbed active forms of the vitamin of the same name – K1 and 2 varieties of K2. Such a combination provides the maximum guarantee of replenishing the reserve of the substance in case of deficiency, but also for alleviating symptoms such as bone pain, reduced cognitive abilities and frequent increases in arterial blood pressure. The product is recommended for the prevention of the circulatory system and heart muscle. Significantly improves blood clotting. Does not contain any synthetic substances.
How does it help human health?
- Maintains bones and teeth in normal condition;
- Reduces the risk of developing osteoporosis, and if it occurs, relieves symptoms such as stiffness and bone pain;
- Restores the function of blood to clot properly;
- Prevents cardiovascular risks such as coronary heart disease, hypertension, stroke, clogged arteries, and others;
- It has a known neuroprotective effect, and can alleviate brain fog, as well as symptoms of dementia and Alzheimer's disease;
- It significantly improves memory and concentration, and also regulates focus.
What is vitamin K and why is it important?
Although it is less commonly mentioned, vitamin K is a key nutrient for human health. It helps produce osteocalcin, a specific substance that builds bone tissue and binds with calcium to improve bone mineralization. At the same time, vitamin K prevents calcification of human arteries by stimulating the activity of a specific protein, MGP. MGP is, in fact, the only substance that can block this process and thus prevent the risk of blood vessel blockage.
Vitamin K, moreover, reduces not only cardiovascular risks, but also those during pregnancy. When it is in low amounts in the body or fails to cross the mother's placenta, it can lead to bleeding, premature birth and fetal damage.
Types of active forms of vitamin K
In nature, the main sources of vitamin K are various types of cabbage, most types of green salads, some fish (mainly salmon) and beef liver. Unfortunately, for one reason or another, the body does not always manage to absorb enough of this nutrient.
When choosing supplements to fill a deficiency, it is important to know that vitamin K comes in different forms. The most popular is K1, but there are also several types of K2. According to researchers, combining multiple forms of vitamin K also ensures that it is more easily absorbed.
This formula combines K1 and 2 forms of K2, namely MK-4 and MK-7. The latter have been shown to be more resistant to stomach acid, as well as have a longer life cycle when circulating in the bloodstream.
