Chitosan / Chitosan from the German company Karl Minck Naturheilmittel is a dietary supplement that contains chitosan from mussels in powder form. The product contributes to maintaining normal body weight. Chitosan is a fibrous substance that can reduce the amount of fat and cholesterol that the body absorbs from food.
