Holland & Barrett B Complex Sublingual Liquid is an excellent source of B vitamins to support normal metabolism, increase energy and reduce fatigue. A fast-acting liquid formula containing vitamins B2, B3, B5, B6 and B12.
Vitamin B2 or riboflavin – improves iron absorption, hemoglobin production and the associated oxygen transport. Promotes proper body development, relaxation of the nervous system and relief of stress symptoms.
Vitamin B3 or niacin – participates in the synthesis of energy, some hormones and improves blood circulation. It has the potential to regulate blood cholesterol levels and has anti-inflammatory effects.
Vitamin B5 or pantothenic acid – its action is mainly associated with restorative processes. It regenerates skin cells, promotes microcirculation and strengthens hair. It also improves the functioning of the adrenal glands.
Vitamin B6 or pyridoxine – important for energy production and reducing nervous tension. Pyridoxine, like many other B-complex members, is of great importance for the synthesis of red blood cells. Instructions for use:
One pipette (1ml) daily. Shake well before use. Place one full pipette (1ml) under the tongue for 30 seconds, then swallow. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet.
