Marshmallow is a natural mucus that forms a protective coating around membranes. The root contains flavonoid antioxidants, pectin, amino acids, coumarin, phenolic acids, tannins, and quercetin (antiviral and antibacterial substances). Instructions for use:
Three times a day, two capsules. The capsules can be dissolved in warm water and drunk as a tea. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet.
