L-citrulline is an amino acid that is converted to L-arginine shortly after entering the body. Contrary to popular belief, L-citrulline is actually more effective than L-arginine. Another disadvantage of arginine is that it has an extremely low absorption rate in the body. Therefore, we only use citrulline, which is converted to arginine and supports the production of nitric oxide and the pump during exercise. Nitric oxide plays an important role in vasodilation and promotes increased blood flow. Increasing nitric oxide levels causes blood vessels to dilate, which results in more oxygen being delivered to the muscles.

Glycopump® is a highly concentrated form of glycerol powder, manufactured in Germany. This amino acid is crucial for the production of carnosine. Carnosine - for those who haven't heard of it - is a building block of protein that is concentrated mostly in muscles and is widely used for anti-aging, as well as for ensuring proper muscle function and development. Beta-alanine plays an important role in the production of carnosine, as it allows carnosine to reach the muscles, which would otherwise be largely destroyed in the gastrointestinal tract. However, this is not the only advantage of beta-alanine. As we will now discuss, there are many other benefits of beta-alanine.
One extremely important benefit is that beta-alanine can reduce muscle fatigue. As you exercise, your muscles will experience acid buildup, which leads to muscle weakness and a shorter workout. This is where beta-alanine comes in. As mentioned above, beta-alanine is an important component in the production of carnosine. Carnosine acts as a buffer that helps maintain a normal acid balance in the muscles. This in turn means that the muscles can work harder and longer without getting tired, which leads to greater muscle growth. Another benefit of beta-alanine is that it enhances performance during exercise, especially during anaerobic exercise. As mentioned earlier, beta-alanine helps to blunt the effects of muscle fatigue by reducing the buildup of acid in the muscles. Research shows that acid buildup occurs most often during anaerobic exercise, and in particular, high-intensity, short-term workouts, such as weightlifting. Therefore, beta alanine is very effective for those who perform such actions.

It is an amino acid that is derived from the amino acid valine, one of the three branched-chain amino acids. Valine supports blood flow and cardiovascular function. Since pumping is a priority, it is important, which is why norvaline can have such a positive impact on your training and long-term goals. L-norvaline supports the concentration of arginine in the body. Norvaline’s ultimate goal is to help regulate both nitric oxide (NO) and blood flow. NO is a natural molecule that increases vasodilation. What does this mean for you as a weightlifter? This means that your blood vessels will dilate and your blood pressure will decrease. With norvaline, the vasodilation will be greater, leading to a stronger pump that will last long after your workout is over. More nutrient-rich blood flowing to your muscles for a longer period of time can have a positive effect on your recovery, meaning you’ll see better results in the long run. Norvaline prolongs the effects of nitric oxide by slowing down the activity of arginase. Arginase is an enzyme that breaks down arginine and converts it to urea. Arginase can limit or regulate the production of nitric oxide. Norvaline inhibiting arginase means it helps promote unrestricted levels of nitric oxide. According to a study by the Department of Medical Physiology and Microcirculation at Texas A&M University, norvaline increased NO production by 55%.

It works in a few different ways and therefore provides a number of different benefits to the human body, which we will look at in a moment. To begin with, tyrosine helps the body produce important neurotransmitters that help regulate mood, concentration, and focus. For example, one of these neurotransmitters is dopamine, which is a chemical that helps us feel happy and calm. Other neurotransmitters include epinephrine and norepinephrine, which help regulate stress. L-tyrosine also plays an important role in protein synthesis, where the body synthesizes new muscle proteins to replace old and damaged ones. In total, about 20 amino acids are needed for protein synthesis to occur, and tyrosine is one of those 20, and one of the most important. Protein synthesis is not only necessary for muscle growth and repair, but it is also crucial for the growth and regeneration of new cells. Moreover, it promotes fatty acid oxidation and fat burning through mitochondrial carnitine palmitoyl transferase 1 (CPT1). Acetyl L-carnitine helps the body produce more energy. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
→ Mix 1 or 2 scoops of Warcry and 200-300ml of water in your shaker cup and consume 5 minutes before training on an empty stomach.
