Gallmet Mix is a natural formula that provides the perfect combination of ingredients to support gallbladder function, stimulate bile flow, and improve liver and stomach health. Each Gallmet Mix capsule contains bile acids (from ox bile) + extracts of mint, marshmallow, fennel, licorice, and honeysuckle – a combination effective against bile stasis and its complications.
Gallmet Mix can be used both prophylactically and therapeutically. The use of the product is useful against the following conditions:

What is bile?
It is a greenish-yellow liquid that consists of over 90% water, as well as bile acids and salts, phospholipids, cholesterol, steroid hormones, pigments, amino acids, electrolytes, antibodies, etc. It is produced by the liver and stored in the gallbladder. When eating and under the influence of the hormone cholecystokinin, the gallbladder releases bile into the bile ducts and through them it is transported to the small intestine, where it helps digest fats and absorb fat-soluble vitamins.
The formation and flow of bile are fundamental to both gastrointestinal tract function and liver health.
Main functions of bile juice:
- aids digestion and absorption of dietary fats;
- supports the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, K;
- promotes the absorption of proteins and starches by stimulating the activity of protease enzymes in the pancreas;
- facilitates the removal of toxins;
- eliminates excess cholesterol – about half of the total cholesterol produced in the body is used to produce bile acids, and this process plays a key role in maintaining normal cholesterol levels;
- eliminates excess bilirubin - a bile pigment and waste product from the breakdown of hemoglobin, the accumulation of which in the body has adverse health consequences;
- reduces the risk of intestinal infections;
- maintains the balance of the microbiome in the small intestine, which is especially important for controlling SIBO – a condition known as small intestinal bacterial overgrowth.
