Plantis® 14 Brezo (Heather) Elexir Floral / Pyrenean Flower Elixir, 10 ml , is a product created according to the method of Dr. Bach and is part of the Plantis® series of the Spanish company Artesania Agricola. The floral elixir is intended for people who have difficulty being alone and have a constant need to talk about themselves. This product is used to support emotional balance and mental health.
Purpose of Dr. Bach's floral elixirs:
Dr. Edward Bach (1886-1936) believed that certain negative emotional states had an adverse effect on our physical health. His therapeutic method restored psychological balance and thus alleviated the symptoms of various health conditions.
Dr. Bach's method is based on the use of 38 different flowers, which have a harmonizing and positive effect on the entire organism. The therapeutic intake of flower elixirs plays an important supporting role in states of emotional imbalance and various psychosomatic disorders.
Dr. Bach grouped the 38 color elixirs into 7 main groups:
- Fear;
- Uncertainty;
- Lack of interest in current circumstances;
- Loneliness;

Useful properties of the Pyrenean flower elixir:
Pyrenean violet elixir is made from the flowers of the Pyrenees violet (Viola pyrenaica) plant, which grows in the mountainous regions of the Iberian Peninsula. Some of the beneficial properties of Pyrenean violet elixir include:
